1. General

Application: These terms apply for the whole web under Vojtat Soft project.

Introduction: If you do not accept our terms, you may stop using the webpage and/or its parts. We may change terms anytime. If we apply or schedule big change, you will get notified by mail. If there's new app added, new terms are automatically added.

Be respectful to your country laws, European Union laws and Czech laws. Using bugs is forbidden, if you find one, send it by email to vojta478dev(at)gmail.com, thanks. Provider is not responsible for outages and server unavailability. Software redistribution (*.vojtat.cz) is prohibited.

There are two logos - Vojtat logo and Vojtat Soft logo. Both of them are copyrighted.

2. Repository

Application: These terms apply for repository and repository linked apps.

There is a size limit of 5MB
Administrator has all the rights to delete your file for any reason
We are not responsible for your files, don't share sensitive documents, everything is without password since this version is not final
It's prohibited to upload illegal, pornographic or violant content
We have recently added support for all file types, but the preview is available for html and txt only
Administrators take no responsibility for user-uploaded files. We recommend previewing only files that you trust.

3. Account

Application: These terms apply for account settings, login or any account linked app.

If you log in, the account reset key expires. Do not upload violant, illegal or pornographic avatars. It is recommended to log off after every session in order to keep your account safe. If your email address has been lost or stolen, contact Vojtat Soft with the help of our contact form.

Passwords are hashed and salted using PHP's hashing mechanism and secure bcrypt function, feel free to email us any improvements. You can cancel your account by contacting us through the contact form at any time. All of your data are used only for account logon on Vojtat Soft project-owned pages (*.vojtat.cz).
